At CrunchLabs, we’re on a mission to inspire the next generation of engineers, scientists, and creators through curiosity, hands-on learning, and a whole lot of fun.
Founded by Mark Rober, former NASA engineer and YouTube creator with over 70 million subscribers, CrunchLabs transforms complex STEM concepts into engaging experiments, viral content, and innovative products that spark curiosity and delight.
In 2025, the CrunchLabs.org Foundation launched with a $7.2 million founding grant to expand access to high-quality STEM learning. With additional support, we are rapidly scaling Class CrunchLabs, our NGSS-aligned curriculum that brings the energy of CrunchLabs into classrooms nationwide through NGSS-aligned lessons, engaging videos, and hands-on challenges that make science exciting, rigorous, and accessible for students, teachers, and parents.
We’re building a world-class team to shape the future of STEM education—and to reach millions of students, educators, and families.
About the Role
We’re seeking an Upper Elementary Curriculum Development Manager (Grades 3–5) to own, launch, and continuously improve the upper elementary learning experience across Class CrunchLabs.
This is a hands-on, cross-functional role at the intersection of science education, curriculum design and delivery, video production and creativity. You’ll define the structure, coherence, and quality bar for our curriculum, working alongside a small, fast-moving team to build, test, and refine experiences that are as engaging as they are rigorous.
Curriculum is not a support function here, it’s core to the product. It drives how students engage, how educators teach, and how our content connects across every touchpoint.
